Potter’s Bend: Construction update from Markham
For our next construction update we visit Markham again, and our Potter’s Bend development.
Last time we were here at the beginning of the year, the site upon which Phase 3 is situated was barren. In a few short months there has been a big change! Check out these photos for an idea of what’s happening on site.
The foundations of a new road servicing Phase 3 have been laid and will provide direct access from 16th Avenue
Most of the work being carried out on site now is bricklaying, with crews working hard to get all 32 units ready for occupancy
First Occupancy is scheduled for the end of November and the first 5 or 6 units are being dry-walled as we speak.
The next big phase of work will be to complete all of the finishing
As with all of our sites, some lots are further along than others.
Work is continuing according to schedule and the first of our purchasers will be called for their pre-drywall inspection soon.
Inside looking out
Phase 3 of Potter’s Bend is quite far along in the construction progress and with site supervisor Brad running a tight ship, we expect everything to remain on schedule.
