Blue Sky Stouffville: Construction update
Our next stop on our construction site tour brings us to Stouffville and our Blue Sky development. Now in Phase 3B, the site located south of Main Street and east of Tenth Line is progressing well, with work continuing according to schedule and crews of various disciplines on site working on the 112 homes.

Work is continuing at various stages across all the homes on site, with some lots at a more advanced stage than others.
We have already closed on 29 of the 112 homes, with closings having started in May of this year.
Aside from the work on the homes themselves, there is a lot of work on general development such as sidewalks, roads and landscaping.
Out of the 112 homes, only 10 have yet to be dug, and work is scheduled to commence on these lots in the next few weeks.
Paint paint and more paint!
As lots are excavated, work continues according to a strict schedule, with 9 inspections to be completed on each house in the course of it being built.
Everything from digging to finishing is happening on site at the moment.
