Blue Sky Stouffville: Loyal customer buys second home

One of the things that we at Fieldgate Homes pride ourselves on is building long-lasting relationships with the purchasers at our many developments. Our hope is that once someone buys a Fieldgate Home, then they stay in a Fieldgate Home, just like Vince Bruno, who just recently bought his second home in our Blue Sky Stouffville development.

A Real Estate Agent in his late thirties, Vince has lived in the Markham/Stouffville area for over 20 years and is very well settled in Blue Sky, which he has seen evolve over the years:

“At one point, [Blue Sky] was a smaller project than anyone had anticipated, but being in the heart of it and watching it grow around me has been fantastic. It does throw people off sometimes when they see me in a brand new home and they wonder why, when I’m in the business, do I not buy a resale property.

What they don’t realize is that I’ve only been a real estate agent for the past 6 months and bought my Fieldgate Home prior to becoming an agent!”

Vince bought his second Blue Sky home with us and says the reasoning behind staying in the same development is down to a couple of simple factors.

“Well, there are a number of great developers up here. In terms of location, I knew I wanted to be in this community. Walking through the Fieldgate site with Joe and Angela (our sales reps), they were excellent – just so engaging. So, number one is the service. Fieldgate’s customer service, and after-sales service is just phenomenal.

Second, you get more in terms of interior finishes with Fieldgate Homes – they deliver more. Not only that, but the quality of finishes are, in my opinion,  much better than all of the other builders’ I’ve worked with in the past”.

It wasn’t just the service on site that helped keep Vince in a Fieldgate Home.

“The Decor Centre was a breeze – they were so helpful. The process was quite easy, there were no complications whatsoever. I walked in and the staff were very knowledgeable. The whole process was quite organized”.
